Each piece from La Nieta de Mariela is made especially for you, printed and produced on demand.

Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.

We encourage you to check our size guide carefully before placing your order, and we’re always happy to help you with any sizing or fit questions in advance.

If Something’s Wrong with Your Order

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost if the issue is confirmed to be our fault.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Discounts & Resolutions

If your product doesn’t qualify for a refund (for example, due to incorrect size selection), we may offer a discount on a future purchase as a gesture of goodwill. Every case is reviewed individually.


Shipping Errors

If your package couldn’t be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be returned to us.

Once confirmed, you’ll need to cover the reshipping costs to have it sent again.
